Has a version for ENB’s water parallax and displacement. – “This mod basically takes 6000+ LOD textures (yep really, but not over 9000 just yet) and applies the most amount of noise I could to them without making the landscape look too dark.” Has a version for Dragonborn. – A replacers which “enhances the distant low-detail terrain by re-creating from scratch, a new more detailed and more defined texture map.” – “The Skyrim Distance Overhaul (S.D.O.) adds thousands of polygon-reduced objects to the distant-LOD of Skyrim to improve LOD quality…” … Texture resolution has been doubled and mesh resolution increased 2-20 fold, this depends on the surface curvature.” Comes in several different versions, both for meshes and textures.

There are several popular alternatives, but I find that the ones I’ve tried tend to overdo it. – Excellent pack which complements SRO well. Not available on TES Nexus, so easiest to google for it. As it is, the listing can be a bit confusing when it comes to categories, but I’ll try to make the list clearer and more logical. Also, some mods aren’t texture replacers per se, but I’ve included them under those categories, at least for the time being.
In some cases texture replacers are overlapping, which often means that I’m using a particular replacer over one in a pack, but sometimes means that I like different replacers and am switching between them. It might perhaps be somewhat useful to others as questions about which texture replacers etc. A list with the graphical mods I’m using.
